All GWNN functions, Munches, and Parties are to be considered confidential. Do not discuss Party activities with non-participants. No pictures are to be taken without Board member approval. GPS location must be disabled and verified. Should approval for pictures or recording be granted, the DM Captain or their designate should be present to ensure only those who give consent are included. Infractions may result in revocation and removal. We ask that you step outside or well away from the activities if you must use your cell phone.
Alcohol and recreational drugs are not allowed at GWNN functions, Munches, or Parties. Infractions are not debatable and may result in expulsion from GWNN functions and/or revocation and removal.
Members may attend Parties. Members may invite 2 non-member Guests to Parties. Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests. All attendees will be asked to sign a waiver also known as a Declaration of Acceptance. GWNN will keep the waivers for one year. Waivers are kept confidential and are destroyed every 12 months.
Tickets are required to enter Parties. Members may be asked to present their Identification Card or membership card to purchase party tickets, both for themselves and their Guests.

TOUCHING OTHERS: Don’t touch other people, their toys, or possessions without permission. Attendance at a party does not grant the freedom to touch, fondle, grope, play, command or otherwise make contact with an individual.
Repeated requests after a person has said “No,” persistent harassment, stalking-like behavior, or other unwanted advances may be grounds for expulsion from the party.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: Offensive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, overt masturbation while observing, touching others without permission, starting fights, provoking or executing nonconsensual behavior, and otherwise provoking or executing activities in violation with Party Guidelines and Rules etc… . The enforcement of this rule is at the DM Captain’s discretion and possibly a GWNN board member.
**Exceptionally dangerous or messy activities must be coordinated with the DM Captain in advance and may be allowed at their discretion. Last minute uncoordinated dangerous or messy activities may be disallowed at the DM Captain’s discretion. This includes fire play, inverted suspensions, watersports, any form of breath control, and any play that might splatter blood or other bodily fluids on other members. ** Scat and rainbow play are not allowed.
PROPERTY DAMAGE: All efforts must be made to avoid damage to the Party premises. Damage to the premises could result in loss of availability of the facilities for GWNN usage.
Drop cloths or other protective barriers must be used for any wax play, fire play, blood play fluids, or other forms of play that may be messy. Attendees must bring appropriate safety equipment for any dangerous and messy play engaged (i.e. fire extinguishers for fire play, sharps containers for needle play, gloves, drop cloths, etc…)
Play scenes are restricted to the play areas.
DM ALERTS: Notify a Dungeon Montor (DM) before any edge or dark play. DM’s will be identified by their high visibility safety vests.
Examples of edge or dark play include suspensions, bullwhips or other long whips, any form of fire play (wax, cuppings, brandings, etc), blood play, piercings, rope, knife, and other scenes where special precautions must be observed for safety reasons. Certain intense psychological play may be considered dark due to its generational, political, religious, ethnic, or cultural framework.
DM’s are responsible for monitoring all party scenes to ensure equipment and personnel safety, and compliance with the party rules. Do not argue with a DM’s call. If you have questions about a call, politely ask to speak with the DM Captain, who will explain the reason for the call.
SPECTATOR RULES: If watching a scene, do so from a reasonable distance. If a designated spectator area has been established, please use it. Spectators are not allowed on the play area floor.
Speak softly and only as necessary to avoid disturbing the participants. NEVER shout, clap, or otherwise create a disturbance that might affect the concentration of the scene participants.
Never intrude on a scene or ask to participate.
Wait until both scene and all aftercare is complete before approaching or speaking with scene participants. Please respect designated aftercare space as only for such and not for general socializing.
SAFETY: The GWNN Party “safe word” is “RED.” Upon hearing the safeword, a DM will immediately stop the scene.
DMs have the final say in all disputes. Always listen carefully and do what they say. In the event of an emergency, the DMs will direct you to the nearest safe exit, or provide additional instructions.
If the main interior lights flash or come on during the party it means that there is an emergency and everyone should become as quiet as possible to hear any announcements. Immediately end all scenes, and prepare to leave the building if necessary.
ENFORCEMENT OF PARTY RULES: GWNN reserves the right to enforce these rules as necessary for the safety, security, and confidentiality of its members.
Violation of any of these rules may result in a warning, termination of a scene, removal from the party, or expulsion from the group, depending upon the severity of the offense.
GWNN reserves the right to refuse membership, participation, and/or entry to a party to anyone.
